Miguel Vale de Almeida has a PhD in Anthropology, is a Full Professor at ISCTE-IUL and a Researcher at CRIA. He directed Etnografia in 2015.
His areas of interest are gender and sexuality, ethnicity, race and post-colonialism. He has published several books in Portugal and abroad.
