Sofia Neves has a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Minho and a degree in Psychology from the same institution. She is an Associate Professor at the University of Maia (UMaia) and President of the Plano i Association. Her research areas are gender and gender-based violence and discrimination and violence based on sexual orientation and gender identity and expression.
